►Products description
The 3PC ball valve is composed of a body and two end caps, which can be connected to pipes via welding, threading, or flanges. Its quarter-turn design allows the handle to rotate 90 degrees for opening or closing the valve. A locking mechanism on the handle prevents unintended rotation, ensuring system stability during maintenance and isolating the valve port from the body. The full bore type has a bore size matching the pipe's internal diameter. Made from stainless steel SS316 with PTFE sealing, it offers enhanced durability and performance. The bulkhead fitting has been modified by replacing the 1/2″ SS 30mm internal threaded tube with a Hex Nut, suitable for single vessel systems to avoid interference with the malt pipe. This allows observation of hops settling during transfer to the fermenter, wort clarity during mash recirculation, and detection of grains passing through the pump.
